Gentle off-road hiking on well-maintained hill tracks and forest trails. No previous hiking experience is required – just a pair of comfy walking boots and a love of the great outdoors.
Kayaking: 1 – 3 hours
Paddling in sheltered bays and canals in superb locations, suitable for people with no previous canoeing experience. Instruction and skills development will be delivered throughout the duration of your journey. In breezy conditions, a degree of fitness will be required. Small waves may be encountered.
