Activity Level 2 – Moderate

Cycling: 2 – 4 hours
The perfect challenge for occasional off-road riders who are in good health and are reasonably fit. Moderate off-road trails and paths may be muddy and uneven. There may be some steep ascents and descents. Some technical off-road riding experience would be beneficial.

Hiking: 2 – 4 hours
If you own a pair of well-worn hiking boots and love small hills with big views, this is the perfect scottish hiking experience for you. You would need to have a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to ascend a 1000ft / 300m hill on good quality trails. Occasional slippery and uneven surfaces.

Kayaking: 2 – 4 hours
The ideal adventure for the occasional canoeists with some basic paddling skills. Journeying across a loch in varied conditions will require a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to deal with small waves and stronger winds. You will have plenty of time to hone your paddling skills, with occasional shore breaks to stretch your legs and refuel.
