Activity Level 3 – Challenging

Cycling: 4 – 6 hours
Confidence on a bike in varied trail conditions and a good level of fitness is essential. Previous off-road riding experience is a must as some technical riding will be required. You will take on rocky land-rover tracks, fun single-track trails, drop-offs and some steep ascents and descents.

Hiking: 4 – 6 hours
A good level of fitness will be required to take on some challenging accents and descents on rough, boggy and uneven ground. Conditions permitting, you may summit a stunning 3000ft / 900m a peak with the possibility of tackling an exciting grade 1 scramble or boulder field along the way.

Kayaking: 4 – 6 hours
You will have a paddle in your hands for several hours so a good level of fitness and open water canoeing experience is a prerequisite. You can expect to be paddling in changing conditions and in stronger winds with limited shelter and fewer shore breaks. Nutritious snacks and drinks to refuel and hydrate will be available throughout your journey.
